Just a quick post to let you know about some upcoming class openings...We hope you can take advantage!!

Wednesday evening Knitting Project of Choice with Linda 5-7pm beginning this coming August 26th and running through September 23rd...3 spots remaining!

Tuesday evening Crochet Project of Choice with Kristen 5-7pm beginning September 8th and running through September 29th...4 spots remaining!

Thursday morning Knitting Project of Choice with Sarah 10:30am-12:30pm beginning this coming September 10th and running through October 1st...1 spot remaining!

Project of Choice classes are perfect for brand new, never knit or crocheted before beginners as well as more experienced stitchers looking to hone their skills or try a new technique.

Cost is $95 for the 4 week session.

We have been working hard on our 2026 Fall Class Line Up and are pleased to announce most classes have been posted online this week. You can visit our Class Listing page for all the information- Highlights include a new Tuesday evening 5-7pm Crochet Project of Choice class with Kristen Lewis who many of you may know from her wonderful crochet fidget patterns and her area workshops with adults and kids alike; Our fantastic Friday morning Knitting Project of Choice instructor Sarah has added a Thursday morning 10:30am-12:30pm class to her offerings; And we are thrilled to be holding a Saturday morning workshop series this fall including Tunisian Crochet, Tubular Cast On/Bind Off, Short Rows, Cables & Lace, Knitting Brioche Stitch and an interesting and informative lecture style class on 'The World of Yarn'. Please note: Space is limited in these one day workshops.

Stay tuned for a 'Knitted Minis' class series to be released next week.

All of this is in addition to our regular line up.

Class begins this coming Tuesday, August 4th, runs through the 25th, and is perfect for absolute beginner crocheters as well as those with a bit more experience wishing to challenge themselves with a special project. Have you heard? Elegant Ewe Travel is returning to Norway in 2027!
Join Marci and fellow fiber-minded folk April 9-18th for an amazing tour of a land steeped in fiber and tradition. Visit Dale of Norway and Oleana, enjoy a mill tour and shopping at Sandnes Garn, and experience a working with wool day with the amazing Annemor Sundbø on the island of Bragdøya. Learn about the history and culture of Norway with visits to the Hardanger Folk Museum and the Setesdal Museum. Experience breathtaking scenery and the wonders of nature as you tour through Stavanger, the Hardanger Fjord area, and enjoy a Lysefjord boat cruise. This area has quickly become one of Marci's favorites to visit. Another great summer top, Trillium Lake (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/trillium-lake), has just been re-added to our shop sample repertoire, this time worked up in Juniper Moon Farm's Summer Solstice. This is another linen blend we just love for it's rich colors and lovely drape. And speaking of linen and of drape, Donna just finished up a fabulous new DanDoh crocheted piece called Ginkgo (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/ginkgo-9) in Berroco's fan fave, Modern Linen. Gorgeous!

We have finally received in all the gorgeous colors of Urth Yarn's Etesia, a cotton/linen blend with a subtly marled look and available in a wonderful, dusty palette.This dk/worsted weight summer yarn will be marvelous in Elizabeth Smith's new tank called Tideline from her latest Water's Edge Collection- Inspired by Freeport, Maine!
