After an incredible amount of interest, walkthroughs and conversations, I’m officially preparing to make my final decision on the future of my Richmond / Point Molate warehouse inventory.

I also know there were several serious buyers I never had the chance to meet while I was away and dealing with unexpected health issues, so I wanted to give everyone one final opportunity.

After nearly a decade of building this business and filling this warehouse with antiques, collectibles, estate finds and unexpected treasures, I’ve reached a bittersweet turning point.

I’m now a new mom, and my family has moved more than two hours away. Between motherhood, the long commute and the cost of maintaining multiple storage spaces, it is no longer realistic for me to manage the warehouse the way I once did. As difficult as it is to let go, I know it is time for this inventory—and possibly the opportunity connected to the space—to pass into the hands of the right buyer.

Tomorrow (Thursday) I’m opening the warehouse for private buyer walkthroughs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM near Point Molate in Richmond.

Whether you are a collector, reseller, picker, antique dealer, estate buyer, designer, liquidator or serious bulk buyer, there is an incredible amount of opportunity here.

A strong five-figure bulk offer is currently under consideration, and serious competing proposals are welcome. Priority will be given to buyers interested in a substantial portion—or all—of the inventory, although meaningful category-specific offers may also be considered.
