Of everything I have created this has been one of the most special. Venessa Wallace has worked tirelessly and year round to build the Wildlife Management program at Peet Junior High to educate students on growing their own food, restoring our ecosystem, conserving our precious natural resources and preserving the habitat of our native wildlife. The impact she has made on our community and specifically our children is insurmountable. She has done so much in such a short period of time with no funding from the state or our school system. If anyone would like to donate flowers, plants, soil, mulch or seeds I’m happy to come and pick it up and deliver it. If anyone is not local and wants to assist please message me. This sign specifically identifies the pocket prairie which was created solely with plants donated by Lone Star Native Nursery
