The pool bath at was designed for wet feet and pool towels, but never intended to feel ordinary. What makes it particularly successful is the balance between boldness and restraint. There’s a lot happening—the patterned floor, rich walnut, and natural stone—but each element has a distinct role. The result is a bath where hard work meets a little bit of fun.

The lighting adds another layer of character, playful in its beaded form, yet elegant in ex*****on. And the brass? More like jewelry than hardware. Part changing room, part bath, and part jewel box, this space is a small luxury of its own, worth lingering in between dips in the pool.

There’s no doubt that curves have been having a moment, but when carried throughout a home, their appeal goes far beyond a trend. They become a design language.

In this project, soft architectural details appear again and again: a grand arched entry, built-ins with coved corners, and a sculptural range hood that anchors the kitchen. Each detail builds on the last, creating a home that feels cohesive, welcoming, and distinctly custom.

The transformation included a custom summer kitchen, a redesigned pool, and a lakefront putting green—all designed to create a seamless connection between the home and its surroundings. With 360-degree views of Lake Conroe, we’re sure it’s getting all the love this summer.

The best homes make room for every member of the family. 🐾

One of our favorite details in this project is the custom wallpaper, designed as a surprise from our client to her family, featuring their beloved dogs. Alongside integrated feeding stations and a dedicated dog wash, the space balances practicality and personality—making everyday routines easier while celebrating the companions who make this house feel like home.
