🌟 Saturday Sampler Show & Tell was bursting with creativity this morning! 🌟

From stunning florals and patriotic stars to bold Texas pride and soft vintage charm, our quilters brought an incredible variety of projects to share. Every quilt told a story, showcased new skills, and reminded us why we love gathering together each month.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared their work and inspired the room. Seeing the talent, imagination, and encouragement among this group is one of the best parts of Saturday Sampler!

Introducing Houseplants by Sue Spargo — a breathtaking fusion of quilting, embroidery, texture, color, and textile art that is truly unlike a traditional Block-of-the-Month program.

Inspired by the beauty of collected houseplants and stitched with Sue Spargo’s unmistakable artistic style, this quilt is filled with dimensional appliqué, decorative stitching, rich wool textures, playful embellishment, and vibrant botanical whimsy. Every block feels like its own tiny work of art waiting to bloom beneath your needle.

But this is more than just a quilt.

This program is about:
🪡 Learning new embroidery and appliqué techniques
🎨 Exploring creativity beyond traditional quilting
🌿 Building confidence with texture, layering, and stitchwork
☕ Gathering monthly with fellow makers and new friends
