Decadent S’mores Brownies

Ingredients:
1 box (family size) brownie mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
3 large eggs
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Additional graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows for topping

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Stir until just combined; do not overmix.
Spread half of the brownie batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the batter, followed by half of the mini marshmallows and half of the chocolate chips.
Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, spreading it gently. Then, top with the remaining mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup crushed Thin Mint cookies (or similar mint chocolate cookies)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and slightly thickened.
Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, then stir until just combined.
Fold in the crushed Thin Mint cookies and chocolate chips.

Crispy Fried S'mores Delights

Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate chips until well combined.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
Place a tablespoon of the s'mores mixture in the center of each dough circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the dough balls in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Remove the fried s'mores bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

1/4 cup strawberry jam

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer.

Cheesy Baked Spaghetti Casserole with Italian Sausage

Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
1 lb Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
Return the sausage to the skillet and stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, and dried basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, ricotta cheese, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased baking dish. Layer with half of the sausage mixture and one cup of shredded mozzarella.

Directions:

While the blackberry mixture is heating, prepare the dumpling dough. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or two forks until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until just combined. Do not overmix.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling blackberry mixture.

2 cups cooked brown rice

1 carrot, diced
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup edamame, shelled
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Add the chopped kimchi and kimchi juice, and cook for another 2 minutes.

2 eggs, beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, coating evenly.
