Feeling good! Each year I plan to have “this be my year to lose weight” and it never happens. I try for a bit and it doesn’t work so I give up. This year I decided enough was enough. I went in and had a bunch of testing done and figured out some things that needed to be done for me to be more successful in being a healthier me. I started focusing more on my health and wellness on January 27th and I am so excited to share in those 12 weeks I have dropped 20.4lbs! This is just the start but feels good to be heading in the right direction and feeling better for myself and my family. 💕
