Much of our carpet yarns are solution dyed polyesters and P. E. T. fibers meaning the colors are through and through, much like a carrot rather than top dyed, much like a radish. This means the colors are locked in and very fade resistant meaning you can get more aggressive cleaning the carpet. Many can be cleaned with 50% bleach, 50% water solution. The P. E. T. fiber is made from recycled plastic beverage containers which helps save our landfills. The plastic is very non porous which makes it naturally inherent to stains. Add to that our Memory Foam, Spill Guard padding which has a built in moisture barrier on top keeping your Hot Diggety Dog’s p*e and spills on top of the pad where you can wick it up with a clean cloth rather than the pad acting like a sponge which will make the stains reappear.
