Assure is excited to share a first look into an upcoming residential interior design project for clients in Miami Beach, Florida.
Working within the framework of an existing developer-built home, Assure reimagined the expansive living room to feel more intentional, layered, and personal. A partition wall of sculptural concrete blocks was introduced to create a defined foyer and establish a sense of arrival without compromising the natural light that flows through the space from both the waterfront and front courtyard.
The generous living area was designed for gathering, incorporating the clients’ existing sofas alongside two Italian lounge chairs that were reupholstered to complement the new palette. Drink tables and an oversized coffee table add scale and visual interest, while two Brazilian leather chairs from Espasso and a custom rug by NIBA Designs introduce warmth and texture.
Oversized sculptural ceiling fixtures create a dramatic focal point above, balancing the scale of the room while reinforcing Assure’s approach to working with what exists: refining, layering, and introducing considered pieces to create an interior that feels distinctly personal.
