Some snapshots of Bella Isla that we love.

The most memorable places are shaped by the dialogue between architecture, landscape, and the moments in between. We wanted the residents to feel like they were in their own tropical world where the divide between interior and exterior disappears.

Thoughtfully layered planting, warm natural materials, filtered light, and carefully crafted outdoor spaces transform a development into a destination people genuinely want to experience.

Every design decision contributes to a lifestyle that feels effortless.

At Deforma Studio, we design places that create lasting value for developers while elevating the everyday experience of the people who live there.

The best student housing feels less like a dormitory and more like a destination.

Currently in Design Development, this university housing community is designed around the student experience—light-filled interiors, warm natural materials, activated outdoor spaces, and amenity-rich environments that foster connection, wellness, and academic success.

The architecture balances clean contemporary forms with inviting communal spaces, creating a place where students want to study, socialize, and live. Thoughtful material selections, generous glazing, and resort-inspired outdoor amenities transform everyday student living into something far more memorable.

At Deforma Studio, we believe great architecture has the power to shape communities and elevate the experience of those who use it every day.

The future workplace is no longer defined by square footage—it’s defined by experience.

This boutique office tower was conceived as a modern response to the evolving workplace: floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive terraces, abundant natural light, and flexible environments that prioritize wellness, productivity, and connection.

Designed to stand apart in a market saturated with conventional office space, the building’s clean vertical expression and sculpted rooftop terraces create a distinctive identity while maximizing value for tenants and ownership alike.

Now in the final stages of permitting and moving toward construction, this project represents our commitment to creating workplaces that are as strategic as they are timeless.

Developing an office, mixed-use, or commercial project? Let’s build something exceptional.

An Urban Tree House in the Heart of Spring Garden.

Designed as a quiet retreat within one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods, this residence embraces a restrained palette of poured concrete, tropical hardwood, and glass to create architecture that feels timeless and deeply rooted in its environment.

The elevated structure gives the home a sense of lightness while maximizing views, natural ventilation, and privacy. Wrapped in a lush tropical landscape, the boundaries between indoors and outdoors begin to disappear, allowing architecture and nature to exist in balance.

Every decision was intentional. Every material was selected to weather gracefully and develop a natural patina over time, making the house feel less like an object placed on the site and more like a part of the landscape itself.

At Deforma Studio, we believe design is about creating spaces that feel comfortable, authentic, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
