Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As an integral member of our healthcare team, the RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records/documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
Educating patients and their families about their healthcare needs, treatment plans, and medications. Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Adhering to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
