Paul Yates was born October 9, 1968 in the quaint English medieval town of Shrewsbury. He was inspired by this town, which lies within a giant loop of the river Severn and is guarded
by a red sandstone castle. It is famed for its spires, abbey, parklands and half timbered black
and white houses that rest on a largely unaltered medieval street plan. He emigrated to the U.S. in

2007 where he has brought these visions to life. His lighting and
designs are carefully selected, painstakingly handcrafted, quirky, one of a kind pieces of art.
