I think one of the most beautiful things about the art of bonsai is that it isn’t fast. It isn’t instant. It teaches us a little patience, a lot of care, and that some things just become more beautiful with time.

And these little trees are only at the beginning of their stories. 🌿

You guys, I had SUCH an amazing time with you! You were so much fun to create with, and your bonsai trees turned out absolutely stunning.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming to create with me. I truly loved this afternoon!

A tiny world, finished yesterday.🍄

If you travel deep into the evergreen forest, follow the little woodland trail past Goldenrod Meadow and wind your way through the old crabapple trees, eventually you’ll stumble upon a tiny place called Crabapple Gully.

It’s home to bumblebees, butterflies, the occasional hummingbird… and Arthur, the head woodland pixie. Arthur spends most of his days wandering the mossy paths, checking on the forest floor and making sure everything in the Gully is running just as it should. Although, judging by this picture, there’s also a fair amount of lounging on the job. 😂

I had way too much fun with this custom build today. Something a little extra special, created for someone’s birthday. 🌿🍄

That’s a wrap on Summer Camp 2026!!!

Finally getting around to sharing a little photo dump from our second week of camp and some of my favorite moments captured on camera.

To all the families who shared their children with us this summer, thank you. You have some pretty amazing kids, and I truly loved getting to know each of them, creating with them, exploring with them, and watching their imaginations run wild.

Two weeks of camp this summer and hands down some of my favorite weeks of the entire summer. We had SO much fun.

Some of the best adventures happen when you’re in no hurry to get where you’re going. 🌿

You take the back roads, roll the windows down, stop to smell the wildflowers and maybe wander a little farther than you planned. Sometimes taking the long way around is where the best memories are made.

GIVEAWAY TIME!

About ten tree knots into the Evergreen Forest, you’ll wander into Wildflower Hollow.

The moment you step into the clearing, you can smell the wildflowers and sweet honey in the air. At night, fireflies dance through the fields for hours, lighting up the hollow with their tiny glowing lanterns.

And nestled right in the heart of Wildflower Hollow is a tiny Pixie Village.

The sweetest little cottages are made from the old pines that once stood hundreds of feet tall. As the ancient trees come down, the pixies tuck their homes into the old trunks, filling them with moss, flowers and all sorts of wild things.

Happy Monday, friends.

Just a gentle reminder today to slow down.

I know what it’s like to have a million thoughts running through your head. A million things to do, things to worry about, and all those little “what ifs” that somehow find their way in.

But here’s something I’ve been thinking about… even worry asks us to use our imagination. We imagine what might happen, what could go wrong, what we forgot to do.

So what if today, we let our imagination wander somewhere beautiful instead?

Maybe upon the tiniest little tree, where Granny and Granddad are tucked beneath their bonsai, telling stories in a quiet little world of their own. I wonder what stories they would tell us if we could sit there awhile.

We’ve all been given this beautiful gift of imagination. Use a little of yours today to notice something tiny, wonder about something lovely, and give your busy mind somewhere peaceful to wander.

Sometimes the smallest worlds remind us how big the beautiful things really are. 🌿🤍🍄
