Happy Saturday Y’all! Test smoke time! Some “Lafitte’s Blend” in a Meer.

Mrs. WhoDat says, “It’s a nice light flavor with a mild sweetness on the back end.” Room note wise, she also said it doesn’t “stink” like my heavier blends.

The Virginias are definitely there - this is a nice “sipper” blend - fast puffing will definitely give you tongue bite.

All in all I’m really pleased with how this one came out!

“Lafitte’s Blend” will be available for pre-order Saturday 05/23 at 7pm (CST) … with packages shipping starting Thursday 5/28.

“Lafitte’s Blend” is a limited edition small batch blend of 3lbs. So the new pressing technique has some kinks to work out - that being said - there will be 4 - 4oz Crumble Cakes available - The remaining stock will be in 2oz pressed pucks. These will ship in vacuum sealed packs instead of the normal Mylar packaging. And of course Jar Labels are included.

“Lafitte’s Blend” is a Navy-ish inspired crumble cake/puck comprised of:

Red Virginia
Red Virginia Cavendish
Dark Burley
Perique
Lightly Stoved Sutliff 707 Sweet Virginia
Dark Fired Kentucky

With touches of Rum and Blackstrap Molasses

Yeah I’m a bit rusty - after mis-drilling two stummels, at last I have a pipe. Heck I don’t even know what number this one will be 🤪 - Hopefully I can start getting some more pipe work done again.
