Cortland Picture Frame Co. THE PICTURE FRAMING BUSINESS was started in 1986 and purchased by Vicky and Ray Delaney in 1996.

is both a CUSTOM PICTURE FRAMING business and a GIFT SHOP specializing in an eclectic mix of vintage, antique and new decorative items and gifts. From its inception the frame shop has specialized in quality custom framing tailored to meet the needs of each individual and each project. In order to do that we offer a range of prices and services including in-stock moldings at reduced prices, over 20

00 custom moldings, ready-made frames, archival materials, shrink wrapping, plak mounting, and dry mounting. We build shadow boxes, mount needlework, do repairs and some restoration, and do museum quality archival framing. We have 40 years of design experience, and all the work is done in house in the back room with a focus on quality and detail. You can see examples of our framing under PHOTOS / CUSTOM FRAMING. THE GIFT SHOP in the front room contains an eclectic mix of antique and shabby chic furniture, vintage mirrors and frames, antique button jewelry, architectural elements, triple-milled soaps, scarves and shawls, typewriter jewelry, lavender sachets, vintage linens, and baskets from Ghana, locally made pottery, jewelry and cards. Come and get ideas on how to repurpose, recycle and redecorate.
