Creating a strong resident experience goes far beyond the physical space, and that was the great takeaway from the Modern Renter Playbook panel at the Bisnow San Diego Multifamily & Affordable Housing Summit.
The panelists highlighted the value of activating amenity spaces through experiences like yoga classes and social gatherings, which turn well-designed spaces into places where residents can truly connect. They also shared how AI tools are helping property teams communicate with residents, respond to their needs, process data, and efficiently manage multiple communities.
Most importantly, the conversation reinforced the value of tailored service and creating communities where residents feel at home, build connections, and feel comfortable raising their families.
A great reminder that successful multifamily communities bring together thoughtful design, technology, and meaningful experiences.

Meanwhile, the sky deck blends indoor and outdoor living with flexible seating, a fireplace, and a BBQ area, creating the perfect setting for summer gatherings, casual evenings, and everyday enjoyment.

We're excited to share the completed transformation of Boardwalk by Windsor's amenity building as part of a comprehensive property repositioning.

Inspired by the beach with a modern twist, the refreshed interiors create a cohesive and elevated resident experience designed for the way people live today. The first floor was thoughtfully designed for gathering, dining, and socializing, while the second floor serves as a dedicated coworking space featuring a conference room and shared worktable overlooking the pool.

We reimagined the headquarters lobby of Terumo to better reflect the company’s innovation, technology, and brand identity. A custom timeline installation paired with a biophilic feature wall was added to bring warmth and tell the story of Terumo’s evolution, while sculptural cylindrical product displays showcase their latest neurovascular technology.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed to elevate the visitor experience and create a space that feels both innovative and welcoming.
