It’s funny how life reshuffles itself when you think the movie is over. Two years ago I got separated and it felt like I was stepping into a blank script with no idea how to write the next scene. I started slowly… one pink room, one tiny routine, one tiny decision at a time. I made coffee the way I liked it, I organized spaces that made me feel calm, I decorated for no reason other than joy, and I dressed in things that made me feel like me again. Somewhere along the way, my life started to look like the life I always imagined for myself. And now, when that voice says β€œDear Diary, I love my life”… I finally get to say it for real.
