I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I have two do this... I have a 30 day warranty on all appliances must have recipts.. all sales are final.... and any big items u buy must be picked up within 3 days with recipts if not picked up within 3 days then it will be put back on floor and resold with no refunds. I have been nice and sold items and they say they will be back the next day to get it and don't show for weeks. I can not and will not do this any more. I'm very sorry but when u by then u need to be honest. Also all sales are final. I have had to many say it was broke when they got home when it was not broke when they left. And wait for weeks to come back and say it was broke but didn't have chance to bring back. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THANKS OWNER
