Ahhh- this was such a fun project! Katie and Trish had full creative control on the floor plan and aesthetic design of this 9000 sq ft empty warehouse. (Swipe to see the before, our floor plan and original concept board)

What started as the old Sears building, became Gunnison’s newest co-working space for local businesses to have their own office space, receiving and delivery warehouse, kombucha bar, conference room and kitchen. (Shower and locker room are in the works!)

The pros at PCI built this space out exactly to our vision, and we are so grateful to be part of bringing some “Sophisticated Sunny Gunny Vibes” to the community!

It’s been a privilege for us to get to photograph 4 of our recently finished projects the past week!
We put so much into each of our projects- literally blood sweat and tears! It’s really gratifying to see them come together and get to show them off to you.

Design isn’t about our vision — it’s about yours.

A few years ago we finished this bedroom for a young client whose only request was “a fox painting”🦊

So that’s exactly what he got.

Still can’t look at it without feeling a little soft and fuzzy inside. Designing spaces for kids where imagination leads the brief, might be one of our favorite things we do.
