Sneak peek of this recently finished remodel in CB South.

This returning client found his dream property, but the home itself needed some major updating and love, including a proper entry.

We were able to preserve the wooden floors he loved and tie them into a beautiful Mountain mid-century modern vibe.

The details are never just details.

This bathroom is proof that thoughtful material selections create the entire experience; from the rich handcrafted green tile to the warm aged brass fixtures and custom white oak vanity. Every finish was chosen to complement the mountain views while creating a space that feels timeless, calming, and a little unexpected.

We love designing spaces that feel as beautiful to live in as they are to look at.

“Rustic” doesn’t need to feel dated or clunky.

This primary bath is set in a beautiful log cabin on Mt. Crested Butte.

It formerly had the most awkward layout, no storage, and didn’t convey the elevated style our clients wanted. (Last photo is a terrible “before”)

We used knotty alder cabinetry, hand-made tile and beautiful dark metal details to tie in the rustic feel of this log home and beautiful hand-hewn beams.

This client wanted to make their guest room a bit more sophisticated, but still “mountain”.

We work hard to think through the design details early, make selections on time, and provide clear documentation so builders have what they need before they need it. The result? Fewer delays, fewer surprises, and a smoother process for everyone involved.

Ahhh- this was such a fun project! Katie and Trish had full creative control on the floor plan and aesthetic design of this 9000 sq ft empty warehouse. (Swipe to see the before, our floor plan and original concept board)

What started as the old Sears building, became Gunnison’s newest co-working space for local businesses to have their own office space, receiving and delivery warehouse, kombucha bar, conference room and kitchen. (Shower and locker room are in the works!)

The pros at PCI built this space out exactly to our vision, and we are so grateful to be part of bringing some “Sophisticated Sunny Gunny Vibes” to the community!

It’s been a privilege for us to get to photograph 4 of our recently finished projects the past week!
We put so much into each of our projects- literally blood sweat and tears! It’s really gratifying to see them come together and get to show them off to you.
