We can’t believe this day is finally here. 🥹🏔️

291 Fairway Drive isn’t just a listing to us - it’s the first custom home of its kind in Skyland, and it holds every ounce of heart Ben and I poured into it. Watching this go from vision to reality has been one of the proudest moments of our careers, and we cannot WAIT for you to walk through it.

22-foot ceilings. Oxygenated primary suite. Radiant heating and cooling. A 425+ bottle w**e room. A sauna built into the spa bath. Views that stop you in your tracks. This home was built to be lived in, loved in, and remembered.

Come feel it for yourself. 🥂

No rush, just good energy, snacks, cold drinks, and a home worth falling for.

The first custom home of its kind at 291 Fairway Dr. in Crested Butte, Colorado. Have you ever thrown yourself, wholly, into something you believe in with all your heart? And then actually followed through?

That’s what Ben and I have been doing. And let me tell you what, Fairway is the first beautiful creation of that magic. She breathes!!!

We uncovered some of the finished spaces yesterday and I absolutely cried. I’m overwhelmed with emotion. What exists in that home is indescribable until you see it for yourself.

I hope everyone who walks this property feels the love, the devotion, and the endless pursuit of the highest of standards — our own.

Photos and video coming early August. Until then, I humbly share the magic ✨
