My wife is a dispatcher for a police agency and a 911 center. She works so hard to support and be here for us and to be there for thousands of complete strangers every year. This week we celebrate the choas coordinators, the calm voice in the dark, the heros behind the headsets, the one voice that will hold you steady until a first responder is there to help. Our police, fire, and EMS facilities would be nothing without our dispatchers.
