Delivery to Noonan on Wednesday afternoons. Our ability to order & receive flowers is restricted- We are able to order flowers Monday through Thursday we will receive them the following day. If you have a special event or certain flowers you would like please let us know in advance.

This weeks Plant Giveaway is a Ponytail Palm 🌴

A ponytail palm (Ponytail Palm) is actually a succulent rather than a true palm, which makes it relatively easy to care for.

Light

* Prefers bright light and can handle several hours of direct sun.
* A south- or west-facing window is ideal indoors.
* If moved outdoors for summer, acclimate it gradually to avoid sunburn.

Water

* Water thoroughly, then let the soil dry out completely before watering again.
* The bulbous trunk stores water, so overwatering is the most common problem.
* Typical schedule:
* Spring/Summer: every 2–4 weeks
* Fall/Winter: every 4–6 weeks or less, depending on conditions

Soil

* Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent mix.
* Ensure the pot has drainage holes.

Temperature & Humidity

* Normal indoor temperatures (60–85°F / 16–29°C) are fine.
* Tolerates dry indoor air well.
* Protect from freezing temperatures.

Fertilizer

* Feed lightly with a balanced houseplant fertilizer at half strength once a month during spring and summer.
* No fertilizer is usually needed in winter.
