Crassula Ovata is a popular succulent known for its thick woody stem and glossy oval-shaped leaves. Jades need lots of bright indirect sunlight or they will get leggy. Never let the pot side in standing water. With proper care, your jade can live 70 to 100 years. Many Jade plants become living heirlooms and are passed from one generation to the next. They are often seen as a good luck symbol.

The English Ivy (Hedera Helix) is the most widely grown ivy houseplant. Ivy is valued for their cascading vines and air-purifying qualities. They secrete a "super glue" to help attach to structures as they climb. The ancient Greeks believed that by wearing Ivy or crushing the leaves into wine, they could help prevent a severe hangover. Ivy like to be in bright direct light and in temps between 60 and 75.

They are known as wax plants because they produce a cluster of porcelain like flowers in a varities of colors. They have a nice fragrance that is stronger at night. In nature that helps them attract nocturnal pollinators. There are around 70 natural species found in East Asia and around 7,000 cultivars and sports that have been bred by mixing these original species.

"G" is for Golden Gate Peperomia
This compact "baby rubber plant" features thick glossy leavea edged in cream or white. It is not really related to the rubber plant. Instead it is a direct cousin to black pepper and emits a spicy aroma when the leaves are crushed. They are native to the tropical rainforest of Central and South America and grow on trees gathering nutrients from the air.
