Old City Salts evolved from my passion for whole fresh foods and my desire to keep these foods pure by not seasoning them with chemicals, artificial flavors, MSG, GMO’s, food coloring etc. Adding such chemicals would be counterproductive and taint these fresh whole ingredients. I couldn’t have that…

I wanted something all-natural, simple

and flavorful. I wanted something that could easily elevate any simple ingredient to a new culinary level with ease. I wanted something that would be the tiniest cost on my plate with the biggest impact. I wanted it all. We found that in our all-natural, unrefined sea salt blends. Only two ingredients. I show people how to easily maintain a whole food diet with fewer steps, fewer ingredients and fewer dollars.

I had a fantastic time walking around Cu***ng City Center for the wine tasting festival last weekend. The best thing about my walk was bumping into people at work on their shopfronts!

I cannot wait to see all of these gems including Wright’s Fish & Chips to be opening their doors to the public very soon!

It's going be like Christmas each time a new vendor opens their doors!

When I want to snack on potato chips and sour cream I always revert back to my motto of real whole food. Maybe a little extra work, but well worth it.

Typically, I steam my whole organic potatoes and then use during the week. Over the weekend I used my smoker so I threw the steamed potatoes in the smoker for an hour. What a great smokey flavor it imparts!

I then sliced and threw in a pan with fresh basil and jalapeños to brown a little bit. I then added a scoop of my homemade fresh garlic/olive oil/lemon dip with a side scoop of fresh sour cream.
