We’re growing, and we’re looking for 2 creative, hardworking people to join The Country Corner Boutique team! 🤎
We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Organized & detail-oriented
✨ Creative with an eye for design & aesthetics
✨ A natural people person
✨ Comfortable in front of the camera
✨ Experienced with social media content & creating engaging videos
✨ Reliable, energetic & willing to WORK
✨ Comfortable with weekends — because that’s when many of our events happen!
✨ Sales experience is a BIG plus!
🛍️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Working vendor events & representing The Country Corner Boutique
• Setting up and tearing down event displays (yes, physical labor is involved!)
• Helping create an inviting, organized & eye-catching booth
• Creating social media content for TikTok, Facebook & Instagram
• Appearing in videos/live content and engaging with customers
• Helping showcase new arrivals, products, promotions & boutique happenings
• Assisting with sales and customer interactions
• Helping brainstorm creative content, trends & ways to grow our social media presence
• Keeping up with current social media trends and knowing what catches people’s attention
• Occasionally helping with last-minute events or content opportunities when they pop up
📅 EVENT CALENDAR PROVIDED!
You’ll receive our event calendar ahead of time so you can plan your schedule. However, occasionally last-minute events may come up, so flexibility is important.
💰 PAY:
• Vendor Events: Paid hourly
• Live Sales: Earn commission on YOUR sales
• Part-time position
• Weekends are required/expected depending on our event schedule
📍 LOCAL PREFERRED:
We would love to find someone local to the Clarksville, TN area, especially since our boutique is located in Cunningham, TN.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves fashion, small business, social media, meeting people, creating content and being part of something that’s growing! 🤎
