You all loved the idea of this adorable desktop/tabletop wooden drawer box project, so we added a pop-up workshop!

The cost includes everything you need to transform your wooden drawers and leave with a beautifully finished project!

Another fun mosaic workshop last tonight! 🎨✨ Session one is complete, and these beautiful creations are already coming together!

We’ll meet again next Thursday to finish them up and add the grout. I can’t wait to see the final results! 💕

✨ Another furniture makeover is complete—but this one was for our shop!

We originally purchased these pieces for our home workshop, but quickly realized they would be perfect for the workshop showcase corner at Following My Dream Shop—and we absolutely love how it turned out!

We removed several of the drawers and replaced them with open shelving, giving us the perfect space to display our workshop projects. The entire piece was painted in Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint in Bluegrass and sealed with Clear Coat Satin for lasting protection.

What an amazing day at our very first Cynthiana Rod Run! 🏁🚘

We gave the shop a little makeover this week in preparation, and I couldn’t wait to share it with those who weren’t able to attend. A huge thank-you to everyone who stopped in, shopped, and supported our small business today—it truly means more than you know! 🧡

✨ An Heirloom Hutch Makeover ✨

It was an absolute honor to give this beautiful heirloom hutch—which our customer has owned for more than 30 years—a timeless, classic makeover!

This transformation was quite the challenge because of all the knots in the wood. After three coats of Dixie Belle BOSS, I was finally able to control the stubborn bleed-through caused by the natural tannins.

The body was painted in Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint in Sand Bar. The top received a hand-painted woodgrain finish created with layers of Coffee Bean and Chocolate, followed by Voodoo Gel Stain in Whiskey Barrel. I also used Whiskey Barrel for the detailed glazing that brought out all the beautiful character of this piece.

It looks absolutely stunning in our customer’s dining room, ready to be loved and enjoyed for many more years! 🤎
