Just wrapped up a really fun project that started with a Koi pond under a huge patio cover — beautiful setup, but the homeowner had two big headaches:
• Zero privacy between the driveway and patio

We’re wrapping this one up, and I’ve got to say—doing a flip every now and then is just fun. It gives us room to take some big swings, try new products, and experiment with ideas we don’t always get to use on standard projects.

There’s something energizing about pushing the design a little further, testing materials we’ve never installed before, and watching the whole house transform in real time. These flips keep the creativity sharp and the craftsmanship dialed in.

I know any time I post about painting brick, the brick‑purists come out swinging… but let’s be honest, not all brick is created equal. This house has some yellow‑and‑greige concrete brick that never looked good to begin with. We’re modernizing the exterior, so we’re testing a new product for us — a limewash paint.

During the off‑season, we take on select interior remodels. This project began with removing poorly designed walls in an old atrium-style home. Much of our work focused on correcting the previous contractor poor, dangerous work done to remove the atrium.
We also plan on demo the flooring to prepare for a total remodel, ensuring every detail is rebuilt with quality craftsmanship and long‑lasting design.
