✨Get to Know K & S KreationsS with a message from the owners! ✨
Hi, we are Kirsten and Steve and want to introduce ourselves to the community, as the owners of K & S KreationS in Dadeville.
Owning a gift and home decor store in Dadeville was not necessarily in our plans 3 years ago as we entered the next phase of our lives…retirement 2.0.
Steve’s passion and family ties to woodworking set us out looking for a workshop to keep him busy when he retired. We couldn’t find anything available, so we built our store and workshop just off of 280 and have cherished the decision ever since. We started just carrying things Steve created himself or things we repurposed. We partner with artists from all over who make unique items and we are lucky enough to showcase them.
Our world and the store theme changed in October 2025 when Kirsten took her first Mahjong lessons and got hooked. Since then we have “pivoted” to more Mahjong items. Carrying probably the largest variety of Mahjong items in AL brings us customers from as far away as Wash DC area and closer to home the Greater Atlanta metroplex.
Steve still makes unique home decor items with his signature item being the Vintage Water Ski chairs he’s made for friends, customers and charities for their annual fundraisers.
When we are not at the store or shop you can find Kirsten in her little slice of heaven Greenhouse. Her love of plants keeps her busy most days tending to her botanical friends.
Kirsten created the Mahjong Dadeville page to inform visitors and locals on what’s happening in the area tied to Mahjong. It’s now the one stop page to keep folks informed and posting for things in the Lee, Tallapoosa and Elmore counties.
We love meeting so many great customers who are from the local area or transplants like us. Whether you’re looking for a gift for a family or friend or are hooked like we are playing Mahjong a few times a week we got you covered.
