Any guesses?

Roberta got a little zhuzh. 🖤 🤎

She’s been hanging out at Sweet Repeats for a bit, and I decided she needed a little something extra.

So I added crisp black pinstripes to her warm wood drawer fronts and fresh black + gold liners inside the drawers.

That black top drawer with the original vintage hardware still gets me. 😍

And she’s a fantastic size if you need storage without sacrificing half a room:

42¾” tall × 32¼” wide × 17¾” deep

$349

Roberta is available now in my Blue Door 211 booth inside Sweet Repeats.

And as always—if you love the look but already have a piece of your own that needs a glow-up, I accept custom furniture commissions. 😉

Come see her before somebody decides she belongs at their house. 🖤 🤎

Meet my newest custom commission. 🖤

Rita originally fell for Princess Grace (black Jacobean buffet) in my booth at Sweet Repeats—but Grace was just too big for her space.

So she went hunting, found this gorgeous little lady that did fit her space and her style, and brought her to me for the makeover.

And y’all… Rita chose WELL. 😍

Those legs. That bow front. The original hardware. She’s got good bones hiding under a whole lotta… whatever the hell has happened here. 😂

I’ve already started dabbling with her, and I have a feeling she’s gonna be a beaut!

Stay tuned. 👀

Well… that was quick. 😂. As in lightning fast ⚡️

Earlier today I introduced y’all to Winston—the dresser formerly known as Choose Your Own Adventure.

He sat around waiting for someone to choose his makeover for weeks. Nobody did.

So I finally chose for him.

Apparently THAT was the adventure he was waiting for. 😏

Because Winston is officially SOLD. 🎉

He barely had time to settle into the booth before somebody claimed him.

Moral of the story? Sometimes I should stop asking for opinions and just paint the damn furniture. 😂💙

Taping is super tedious.
Pulling tape=ultra satisfying 💯

This one turned out to be a little more special than I knew. ❤️

When Sidney brought me this hutch, the goal was to give it a fresh start without stripping away everything that made the original piece beautiful.

So first things first: that ginormous decorative crest on top had to GO. 😂

From there, I kept some wood details to bring warmth back into the piece, paired it with a deep charcoal finish, updated the hardware with warm brass, and added a little surprise inside the drawer.

The result feels completely different — cleaner, warmer and a little more modern — but still very much like an old piece of furniture with a story.

And apparently, more of a story than I realized.

I sent Sidney the finished photos the other night and then she casually told me this hutch belonged to her grandma, who passed away last year. It had been in her grandma’s home for as long as Sidney can remember, and she wanted to keep a piece of her with her. 🥹

Ma’am. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE I STARTED CUTTING THINGS OFF YOUR FAMILY HEIRLOOM. 😂😭

But truly — knowing what this piece means to her makes me even more grateful that she trusted me with it.

It doesn’t look the same anymore.

But it’s still Grandma’s hutch. ❤️

And now Sidney gets to make a whole new lifetime of memories with it.

Swipe through for the before + all those little details.

Remember her? 👀
This commission piece is officially DONE—and holy hell, did she turn out good.
I finished her today and took all the final photos…
…and then decided I don’t like the final photos. 😂
So you get a little peek for now.
Full reveal coming after I drag her back in front of the camera and make my staging wall cooperate.

🚨 BLUEBERRY. IS. SOLD. 🚨
Y’all. I bought this couch on April 24, 2024.
She has been with me through approximately 47 furniture rearrangements and more than a few moments of “Apparently you just live here now.” 😂
But TODAY—after 29 months of patiently waiting—Blueberry finally found her place in this world. 💙
And her new owner didn’t stop there. She took another whole car load of vintage goodies with her, too. 🙌
I cannot adequately express how satisfying it is to finally type this:
SOLD.
