BEFORE & AFTER | A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON LUXURY LIVING.

A transformation that goes beyond aesthetics.

For this residential project, our vision was to reimagine the existing living space into something more architectural, expressive, and thoughtfully layered.

We introduced dramatic wood ceiling beams, refined wall paneling, sculptural lighting, and a curated mix of furnishings, textures, and finishes to create a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting.

The contrast between soft upholstery, rich wood tones, dark accents, and organic elements brings depth and dimension to the room, while the statement lighting draws the eye upward, celebrating the home’s soaring ceiling.

Every detail was considered to create a sense of balance between architectural character, modern luxury, and everyday comfort.

Because great design isn’t simply about changing how a space looks. It’s about redefining how it feels.

BENT CREEK TRAIL | FROM THE ARCHIVES

Some spaces are designed for a moment. Others continue to speak years later.

Bent Creek Trail was an exploration of color, contrast, texture, and personality—built around a saturated blue envelope that gave us permission to be expressive everywhere else.

Warm woods. Sculptural brass. Velvet. Graphic black and white. Unexpected hits of color. Reflective surfaces. Layered lighting. Every element has its own point of view, yet together they create one cohesive story.

Looking back at this project, what stands out most isn’t any single piece—it’s the confidence of the room. It doesn’t rely on trends to make an impression. It feels collected, personal, and unapologetically individual.

That philosophy still sits at the center of how we design today:

Create the feeling, not just the picture.

From Prefab to Presence.

Most people see a manufactured home.

We see possibility.

This project began as a 1,500 sq. ft. prefab home with one goal: to prove that luxury isn’t defined by how a home starts—it’s defined by thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and vision.

Instead of tearing it down and starting over, we asked a different question:

What if we simply built onto what was already there?

By adding 1,500 square feet, this home has been transformed into a 3,000 sq. ft. custom residence—designed to be the perfect forever home for a family of five.

Over the past several months, we completely reimagined the property with:
• A dramatic vaulted entry with exposed wood beams
• Floor-to-ceiling steel-framed glass
• Warm ivory stucco and natural limestone
• Custom lighting and layered architectural details
• Luxury landscaping and integrated exterior lighting
• Spaces designed to enhance both everyday living and long-term value

This isn’t just a renovation.

It’s a complete redefinition of what a prefab home can become.

Sometimes it’s not about starting over from scratch. It’s about maximizing your budget, increasing your property’s value, and improving your quality of living by building onto what you already have.

Every material, reflection, shadow, and sightline was curated to create a lifestyle that feels immersive from every angle — where architecture, interiors, landscape, and atmosphere move as one.

A home should not just be seen.
It should be experienced.

From sculptural courtyards and wellness-driven outdoor living to rich tonal interiors layered in warmth, this residence was envisioned as a private retreat rooted in elevation, emotion, and escape.
