Fine furniture on a small scale. I made this chair and coffee table for a Batman figurine that sits on a shelf with a tiny, retro TV that plays snippets of the vintage Batman TV show and cartoons. The chair is about 7 inches tall.

When life gives you lemons, break stuff... no wait, that's the Limp Bizkit song. When life gives you lemons, make stuff. The winter storm shut everything down with icy roads and dangerous driving conditions, so I took advantage of the time and built a ceiling rack for some of my tools in the garage yesterday evening. This morning I got up and built a new bench for our bathroom.

Some new products I've been working on. I haven't had the chance to stain them yet, but will be doing that and making more over the next week. The lantern boxes all have the interchangeable faces. The tree is about 28 inches tall, and I will be making another version that will be about 3 feet tall.

You may have seen the wooden holiday lantern loxes, but have you seen ones with interchangeable fronts? I'm working on a new design for these boxes that allows you to easily change the front plate to go with the season. The face plate slides in and out easily, so each lantern box can be used throughout the year for different seasons, holidays, or moods. You can light them up by placing a small, LED tea light (don't use a candle with a flame), or a string of battery powered LED fairy lights. You can buy them unfinished and either paint them yourself, or leave them "naked" for a natural look. Or if you prefer, you can buy them finished with a durable wood stain. Either way, they are made from natural cedar wood, so they will last for years and hold up to the outdoors with minimal issues. They are $25.00 each (comes with 2 face plates), or 2 for $40.00.
