Payment Options
1). Payments are made through Paypal which you will need an account and email address. If you do not have pay pal please inbox me and we can figure something out that works for the both of us.
2). Layaway
If you select a pre made or custom wreath a down payment is required no EXCEPTIONS. Down payments are half the price of the wreath you are ordering. Once the payment is paid in
full your order will be ready for pickup or ship. Return Policy
All sales are final; However if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 5 calendar days from the receipt. You may exchange your item for another wreath of the same value. Refunds will not be completed until the item is shipped back to WTA. You will need to contact WTA within 2 calendar days of the receipt to have a return shipment transaction generated. Please keep in mind that all wreaths made to order do not qualify for refund/exchange. The refund does not include shipping cost. Shipping Policy
Shipping is paid by the buyer. We package our wreaths with the utmost care! If your item is damage or lost during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that your package will be shipped. All items are shipped within the U.S. are shipped via FedEx with delivery or USPS Priority, which guarantees 2-5 business days. A physical home address is required when using FedEx.
**Wreaths Made to Order ***Our processing time varies throughout the year, usually 1-2 weeks after a purchase is made to order and 3-5 days after shipping. This excludes holidays and weekends. Please review the shipping policies provided with each individual listing.
***Wreaths ready to Ship*** Are shipped 3-5 days business days after the purchase is made and should arrive 3-5 business days after shipping. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns BEFORE placing your order. In addition, the more you like, comment, or share my page, the more you are able to see latest updates from my shop. Also under the "Like" option you are able to receive notifications of the latest items in my shop :)
