A primary bath retreat should do more than meet the brief. Marble tiles and slabs, custom stain grade cabinetry, walls wrapped in subtle pattern, bespoke double lined sheers, and a steam shower designed down to the slab seams, centered bench and personalized his & hers shower heights. Thoughtful, well executed design is *always* in the details.

A custom daybed anchors half of this living room, while beyond, bold earth-toned wallpaper meets restrained bespoke windowpane plaid drapery in the dining room. Pattern mixing is one of our favorite design tools, always striving to strike a balance that is unexpected and just enough. Especially meaningful for repeat clients who trusted us to help them trade traditional for something far more suitable to their new contemporary home.

Our clients wanted a family room designed for gathering, lingering, and piano music drifting alongside conversations that outlast the firelight. Located in the exact center of a sprawling single story custom new build, warm wood overhead helps ground the cathedral height ceiling, and every material used in the furnishings brings a sense of permanence. A pair of matching bespoke mohair sofas, a handwoven palace-size Kilim rug scaled to the room, custom cast stone fireplace, and tailored wool sheers soften the size of the space, keeping it welcoming and undeniably cozy.

This family room features a stacking window wall, an airy custom wallpaper mural, a bespoke wall-mounted media cabinet with bleached jute door insets, a custom rug and a pair of custom ottomans to match the lounge chairs. (And no SPF required.)
