Moving to a new home can be very stressful. Especially when so many items move to new places and you gotta remember how to put everything back and organize it so that it makes sense for everyone but now in a NEW space. So, some containers don’t fit, others waste space, and many other little problems like that.

So one of the recommendations I have after a move is: What is the absolute first room I should unpack to regain control?

Is it the bedroom? bathroom? Kitchen?

Here is my answer…

We recently helped my In-laws and my little brother move into their new apartments within two weeks, and I loved it. While our kids where carrying things into the different rooms I was inside helping unpack and organize everything.

Many times the problem is not the system, the containers, the amount of space or the lifestyle. Most of the times, the problem is NOT letting go of what we don't NEED.

It's hard to make decisions about it, until it actually gets too overwhelming.

Many of our clients reached out after trying on their own, having friends or family help them catch up with clutter.

The real solution is in letting go of those things are holding you back. Holding your time, your attention, your inspiration and most importantly your AVAILABILITY!
