Working with Fonde: The Kickoff

Once a contract is signed, this is where the fun really starts!

The kickoff meeting is our first time sitting down together in a working way. We review drawings, talk through scope, and get clear on priorities. It is a mix of practical questions and instinct. What matters most, what needs attention early, and how we will move through the project together.

This meeting helps set expectations on both sides and creates alignment before design begins. It gives everyone a shared starting point and keeps the process steady as things get more detailed.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll share more about what it is like to work with our studio, step by step.
