CM Hospitality is excited to announce that Brian Mork and Jonathan Woltmann have joined the CM Hospitality Sales Team as our Sales Representatives for Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
 
Brian and Jonathan bring 40+ years of combined hospitality experience to ROC Hospitality, giving our clients a unique combination of sales leadership, hospitality operations, FF&E expertise, and industry relationships.
 
Brian brings 15+ years of hospitality sales experience, beginning with Serta Hospitality in 2010 and most recently serving as Senior Director of Sales for Serta Simmons Hospitality. Based in Green Bay, WI, Brian works closely with hospitality designers, procurement firms, ownership groups, and hotel partners throughout the Midwest and beyond.
 
Jonathan brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience, including his time as Director of Rooms and Interim General Manager at the Marquette Hotel. Based in Apple Valley, MN, Jonathan provides valuable hospitality and operational insight while supporting ROC’s clients and partners throughout the region.
 
Together, Brian and Jonathan are focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and connecting clients with trusted manufacturers and the right FF&E solutions for their projects.

This week, we traded samples for scoops and spent time with some of West Hollywood’s most creative design firms alongside the RECESS Ice Cream Truck.

What stood out wasn’t the ice cream, it was the conversations.

The best hospitality projects begin long before specifications, budgets, and installations. They start with ideas, inspiration, and relationships.

West Hollywood continues to be one of America’s most influential design laboratories, where architecture, interiors, fashion, art, and hospitality constantly collide.

Please welcome Chuck Thrift to the CM Hospitality team! Born and raised in North Carolina and now residing in South Carolina, Chuck has built a successful career spanning more than 20 years in hospitality design sales. Throughout that time, he has partnered with interior designers, major ownership groups, and procurement firms, earning a reputation for exceptional service and cultivating long-standing relationships across North and South Carolina.

Known for a relationship-driven approach, Chuck is passionate about helping clients achieve their design goals while building lasting partnerships based on trust, reliability, and collaboration.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time with family as a devoted spouse and parent of three children. Golf is a favorite pastime, whether playing a round or serving as caddie for his 7-year-old daughter as she competes in USKids Golf tournaments.
