Here’s my plan for this outdated bathroom:
We will demo the entire bathroom, open the shower wall to allow more light in, so it no longer feels cave like while enjoying a steam shower., reposition the shower faucet so it points toward the larger part of the shower for better functionality, replace the oversized dated tub with a freestanding soaker tub, replace the vanities with custom vanities, lighting, etc.

Happy clients warm my heart 💕
I’ve just completed the renovation of 3 bathrooms in ,
My designs are specific to creating a new contemporary and glam look in the owners suite while incorporating items that could be re- purposed.
1). I removed the large tub, tile in the shower and on the walls
2). Removed the old floor tile under the tub and shower and replaced it with river rock. We preserved the rest of the floor tile.
3). Removed the “L” shaped seat in the steam shower, and floor tile.
4). Centered the drain, replaced the floor tile with river rock, utilized wall tile from the demolition to patch the walls and below the shower seat, and installed a quartz seat top.
5). In the toilet closet, we removed all the wall tile and maintained the floor tile, repaired, patched and painted walls.
6). On the vanity wall we removed the upper cabinets and installed new quartz, painted the cabinets, existing wood wall, installed new faucets, and vanity hardware.
7). We repurposed the mirrors, towel rings,and sconces.
😎 We added new recess lights, a chandelier, new soaker tub, tub filler and a mini crystal flush mount light. A shower glass panel will be installed this week.

We completed this bathroom redesign last week.
Sometimes you just need a few new elements to create a fresh new look.
Here we removed the dated shower glass panels and created a wall between the shower and toilet for some added privacy.
We added board and batten to the walls for a fresh look.
We replaced the dated tiles on the shower walls, installed a niche, replaced the shower faucet and trimmed the front of the bathtub.
On the vanity wall we added board and batten, new light fixtures, mirrors and painted the cabinet, ceiling, walls and trim!

Next up 3 bathroom renovations.
My client would like to update their 90’s bathrooms. However, with plans to market their home in the next couple of years, budget is a concern.
First up the master bath!
I have designed a budget friendly, contemporary update that won’t break the budget.
We will remove all the tile from the walls, keep 1/2 the floor tile, the vanity, and mirrors.
We will replace the shower tile, steam shower floor, lighting, paint the vanity and replace the hardware.
We will remove the old tub and replace with a freestanding tub and faucet to create a wet room area with pebble flooring, add a chandelier and new shower faucets.

We just completed this kitchen remodel. All the appliances, hardware, sink, and faucet are ,
We restored the existing floors to cut down the renovation costs.
We added new recess lights throughout the kitchen and family room, installed a custom built/in and ceiling fan.
We created a new mudroom by removing the hall foyer closet and adding the space to the entry off the garage.
We renovated the powder room with new lighting, trim, paint, vanity, faucet and new mirror. All
