Next up 3 bathroom renovations.
My client would like to update their 90’s bathrooms. However, with plans to market their home in the next couple of years, budget is a concern.
First up the master bath!
I have designed a budget friendly, contemporary update that won’t break the budget.
We will remove all the tile from the walls, keep 1/2 the floor tile, the vanity, and mirrors.
We will replace the shower tile, steam shower floor, lighting, paint the vanity and replace the hardware.
We will remove the old tub and replace with a freestanding tub and faucet to create a wet room area with pebble flooring, add a chandelier and new shower faucets.
