Good morning everybody!! What is your favorite keto fast food breakfast? I LOVE the sausage gravy from McDonald's. Personally, I eat the Sausage Gravy and a side of bacon with a large diet coke! That's the best way to start your keto morning. Tons of fats and protein and almost no carbs.

Hi!! My name is Katie,
I have been doing Keto on and off for the last 2 years. I prefer low-carb and high-protein. I used to search up and down for ways to still incorporate sweet things into my keto diet and no matter how hard I tried I just could not figure out how to do it. I would go out to eat and want dessert, or go to a birthday party and crave that amazing birthday cake and sometimes I couldn't say no. Afterward, I would be so mad at myself for giving up on the diet that night and indulging in whatever I ate that wasn't a part of the diet. Then I started seeing people post about the same issue I was having!! Which lead me to decide I'd have to figure it out myself. Our goal is to create such delicious recipes that you can't even tell a difference between our recipes and the ones from fancy bakeries!! Stay tuned for the best recipes you've ever tasted, that will keep you in ketosis, and on track with a keto/low-carb diet.
