The first of our available seed garlic is Inchelium Red: an award-winning, artichoke-type softneck garlic originating from the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington. It features large, flattened 3-inch bulbs with white wrappers, maroon-splashed clove skins, a mild yet full-bodied flavor. 4-5 heads per pound, $20/ pound.
