A 3D sketch like this lets us test the whole kitchen before demo even starts. We can see where the island sits, how tall the cabinets feel, whether the finishes actually work together. It's so much easier for clients to picture the space (and feel confident in decisions) when they can see it in 3D, versus imagining it from a flat floor plan.

Framing is where the drawings finally start coming to life. Walls go up, openings shift, ceiling details take shape, and the layout that once only existed on paper suddenly feels real.⁠

Framing is always one of the most exciting milestones because after months of planning, you can finally walk through the space and understand how everything is going to function and flow.⁠

Frameless cabinets have quickly become one of our favorites. This is actually our first project experimenting with frameless construction, and we’re loving what we’re seeing so far.

With no face frame, you get clean lines, tighter reveals and a little more usable space inside each cabinet.

If you love the look of inset cabinetry but want something a little more streamlined, frameless is definitely worth considering.
