Epic Chocolates

Epic Chocolates Pictures and descriptions of my homemade chocolates of the season. With his declining health and us living 3,000 miles apart, I continued the tradition alone.

For more years than I can remember, my father has made homemade truffles for the holiday season. One day, I decided that this was a tradition I wanted to continue so he introduced me to the process and he and I made chocolates together. My wife told me that since I was going to do this, I should do it right so in 2015 I became professionally trained and certified as a chocolatier. In the years sin

ce, I have taken numerous master classes to give my chocolates a look and flavor that set them apart from what is traditionally found. My hopes with these chocolates is to create an epic experience where the appearance captures your eye and the taste causes you to pause as you take in this momentary indulgence.

Introducing Raspberry & Lemon, the first bonbon created for this year’s Advent Collection. 🍋❤️

A delicate balance of vibrant raspberry and bright, aromatic lemon, enrobed in a refined shell of house made white chocolate. Tart, fragrant, and beautifully balanced, this bonbon was designed to capture the feeling of something fresh and unexpected amidst the richness of the holiday season.

And it is only the beginning.

This year’s Advent Collection will feature 24 handcrafted chocolates, each created in small batches and revealed one day at a time.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing glimpses of the bonbons that will make up this year’s collection.

Pre-orders open in September.

Last year’s collection sold out, and with this year’s limited production, I expect these will be spoken for quickly.

24 days. 24 chocolates. 24 little moments of indulgence.

Wake up, babe! The new Farmers Market bars just dropped! 🍫🌾

This week we’re featuring TWO limited-edition bars inspired by the incredible ingredients found right here at the market:

🍓 Pecan & Freeze-Dried Strawberry – sweet, crunchy, and packed with berry flavor.

🍐 Pecan, Pear, Apricot & Golden Raisin – a delicious blend of dried fruits and roasted pecans that pairs perfectly with dark chocolate.

Both bars are made on top of our house-made 60% dark chocolate and are available this week for just $12 each.
