How do you make the cutest shop even cuter....host a super cute Kid’s Market!

Join us for the 2nd Annual Huffman Kid’s Market on June 13, from 12-3.

This day is all about supporting the tiniest entrepreneurs in our community. These kids have so much determination to make something to share with you. It’s so inspiring!

Introducing the absolute cutest little cat bowls ever!

This pottery brand from Japan, Kanesada Seito, reveals their true sense of humor with this series of cat bowls names for indescribable expressions.

The Neko Maruke Stacolasassa Donburi Bowl features a cat who looks like a thief carrying a bag of fish trying to get away before it is caught. According to my Japanese friend Stacolasassa is more of a sound or expression that signifies when someone is working hard to get something done. One could say this cat is working hard to get away with the fish it caught in it’s knapsack. The expression on its face gives away the excitement it feels about getting away with something naughty.

The Neko Maruke Nobi Nobi Donburi Bowl features a cat stretching its arms around as it smiles sweetly surrounded by butterflies. Nobi Nobi is an expression that signifies a state of feeling relaxed, carefree, or at ease. It is clear they captured the sentiment perfectly as this cat looks as if it has not a care in the world. Using it for your favorite treat will no doubt elevate your mood to the same state.

I-ori Imabari Towels are Back! Pre-order starts today!

Yes it’s true. The infamous towels are back. The most absorbent, softest, and beautiful towels in the world are coming back to the shop.

Please note: all pre-orders will ship to customers once the towels arrive at our shop which will likely be sometime in mid-August 2026. Pre-orders are open between May 2, 12:00am and May 10, at midnight. Payment in full is required at checkout. No cancellations are possible after the pre-order closes.

I am ordering some stock for the shop and hope I can continue to do so moving forward. Please don’t fret if you are not ready to commit. But know that as the restocks happen they are likely to go quickly. So stay in touch!

Join us at our Letter Writing Station at Pink Moon Goods, too at the North Arcade on May 2, from 10am-3pm

It’s no mystery that I am fond of letter writing and encouraging others to invest a little bit of time in their lives to write letters! So we created the Letter Writing Station, similar to our Letter Writing Evenings but this time you can come and just write one letter! We will have all of the things you need: stationery, flake stickers, washi tape, and stamps! A suggested donation of $3 will help us cover some of the expenses but it is totally not an obligation.

On the same day we are launching our shops participation in The Sunday Letter Project. This is a very cool project started by as an effort to encourage letter writing.

One cool aspect of is that you can sign up to have a penpal and will be paired with a penpal from somewhere out in the big wide world. We will be serving as a sort of mailbox for the penpals so that you don’t have to share any personal information.

This is just one way we can learn to slow down, share our thoughts, make friends, and keep the analog living alive and well!
