Welcome back ‘Ber months, how I have missed you! The most magical time of the year is here! Autumn is almost here, along with the magic of seasonal festivities, picking, carving pumpkins, trick or treating! Then we get the magic of winter, Christmas and my oldest’s birthday and my new baby!

It’s going to be a wonderful season!!

Happy September Eve! The Ber months are here!!!! Yayyyy just in time for us to have another heat wave 😭 the weather was so nice for a week then nooooooo. But hopefully it goes back down next week and starts to get chilly!

Hopefully we will get the Halloween porch down by next week and it will be smooth sailing! Hopefully lol!

How is everyone’s season going?!

I’ve been ready for fall since last Christmas! The house is almost done! And just in time for the Ber months to start next week and we start on the outside 😂 I wouldn’t really love to be down with the outside in a week so I can just enjoy most of the season!

Of course in honor of the start of September the temps are going back up to the 90’s 😭 but hopefully it will be cooling off soon!

The best thing about Summer is that it ends… and SOON! We are Meere days away from the first day of September, which means the burn months are upon us. And though summer goes a good way into September autumn will be here soon. The highs are slowly dropping down here and the mornings are still humid but cool. For the last few months I have prayed for a reprieve from this heat, and I’m finally getting it! Though next week we are back in the 90s I’m hoping it’s our last snap of heat before trending downward!

Peanut and I are enjoying breakfast in the pumpkin patch! We have a baby butternut squash started. Our two jack o lanterns are still green and growing and maybe the start of a pie pumpkin. Maybe I need to come out here and hand pollinate lol cause for how much vine we have there hasn’t been much. We harvested one small and one medium jack o lantern pumpkins already. Hopefully we get more before Halloween because it’s too late to plant more seeds lol

Can’t stop won’t stop putting orange curtains on my windows for fall/halloween😂 I loved the The Art Box Store plaid curtains so much I came back for orange and white striped ones! We we just finished our dining shelves yesterday FINALLY so the dining room can finally start coming together! Shelves to be styled, table scape to be done, Halloween wall decor and art to be made! But the curtains are up and a warm orange glow they cast on the dining room is so beautiful 😭🎃

I want to make some Halloween paper chains and get some more fall leaf garland for the bar shelves and the curtain rod but it’s coming together!
