Today I made Apple Fritter Focaccia and it turned out SO good that I immediately knew it needed a spot at the farm stand. 🤤

Soft, fluffy focaccia loaded with warm cinnamon apples and finished with a sweet glaze — basically everything I want in a fall treat. 🍎✨

This will be one of our seasonal baked goodies available at Harvest Thyme Homestead once the farm stand opens, and I have a feeling it’s going to be a favorite. 👀

The farm stand is finally starting to look like a FARM STAND!! 🥹🌻

We made some BIG progress this weekend — the counter is officially in AND we got the cooler installed! 🙌🏼

After what has felt like forever watching this little idea slowly come together, it is so exciting to finally be able to picture it stocked with fresh eggs, baked goodies, seasonal produce, goat milk skincare and all the other things we have planned for Harvest Thyme Homestead. 🥚🍪🌿

Next up: the roof and a few finishing touches… and then we can start getting this thing ready to OPEN. 👀

I still don’t have an official Grand Opening date to share just yet, but we’re getting closer — and I have been doing a LOT of planning behind the scenes to make opening weekend something special. 🤭

I seriously cannot wait to fill these shelves. ❤️

Our hens are finally laying consistently , and we have our very first dozens ready for you! 🐓✨

Because our girls are still fresh to laying, some of these eggs might be a little smaller or uniquely shaped— they are still completely safe to eat and packed with plenty of nutrients! 🎨🌈

💵 Price: $5 per dozen for this first batch as some of the eggs are smaller!

📢 Future Farm Stand Pricing Note:
When our official farm stand opens, regular pricing will be $6/dozen. BUT if you bring your egg carton back for a swap, you’ll get $1 off, making them $5/dozen again! ♻️📦

That doesn't mean I'm not working hard behind the scenes to get some amazing recipes lined up! 📝

I'm super excited to announce that my farmstand (once it's open) will be featuring mini banana bread flights! 🍌🍞

The flavors will rotate and I will continue to offer seasonal and specialty flavors (like pumpkin during fall 🎃😉) my first round of flavors I tried are:

1. Classic banana bread 🍌
2 Chocolate chip coconut 🥥
3. Nutella 🌰
4. White chocolate raspberry 🍓
