This has been a long time coming, and Iā€™m thankful for a very patient friend/client here. This set of dining chairs to match a table I built. Custom designed, Ash and Black Walnut with a resin inlay (filled with real gold flakes). This was the single most difficult build Iā€™ve ever done. All 6 are as identical as can be, with custom sculpted double contoured seat bottoms and curved seat backs, theyā€™re remarkably comfortable too!

Iā€™m proud of these and canā€™t wait to see them together with the table in person.

Sneak peek! Ok so this huge table base is nearly finished. No joke, one of the most complicated builds Iā€™ve ever done. Based on ā€œSurlyā€, I converted it to a 3 leg setup. Tabletop is over 50ā€ round and almost 3ā€ thick black walnut and resin. This leg set looks positively amazing in person, super chunky legs at 3.5ā€ wide with interlocking triple lap center joinery on top and bottom. Finishing up soon!

Just finished this live edge coat hanging rack and shelf combo. Designed in CAD, cleats and sockets cut using Shaper Origin. I milled the raw black walnut slabs myself and assembled the whole piece without metal fasteners. All done with dominos and mortise/tenon joinery. Made especially for my girlfriendā€™s physical therapy office

Been a while!!! Lots of life changes here but Iā€™m finding my groove again. Finished up this Camphor and Resin ā€œRocker Plateā€. This was one complicated build, CNC cut with my Shaper Origin, one unusual shape, strength research. Came out amazing though!! Client is happy and so am I. What can I build for YOU?

So, this coming Friday is the annual IMSA Race Weekend Charity BBQ This year is something special as itā€™s being held in honor of Becky. Thereā€™s a silent auction to benefit the charity so I donated this custom charcuterie board to the cause. Florida grown Chinaberry inlaid with a pearlescent transparent yellow/amber/gold epoxy resin, completed with a custom Lemons of Love laser engraving. Measurements of 18ā€x13ā€x1ā€. Itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve posted but Iā€™m getting back into the swing of things following a personal tragedy. Man I LOVE building these sets. Mid Century Modern lounge chair and ottoman. All black walnut from Georgia, raw slabs I milled myself to these dimensions. No screws or metal involved.
