Waystone Kitchen & Crafts started as someone who just wanted to make crafts and has grown to a booth that absolutely loves attending markets and creating things that will make you smile and help you out in the kitchen. I started baking over a year ago and added it this past April to my market booth. Everything I put out has a sourdough base somewhere! I’m on a journey to see just how much I can make!

We are open today from 9am-5pm!

Today was a great time at the Family Day in De Leon! Being outside and able to interact with everyone and seeing families enjoy the day just made it that much better! Until next time, follow me and watch for updates! I might be on a little market vacation, but there will still be times you can get your sourdough goodies!

My drink from Southern Swigs was enjoyed so quickly! I did manage a photo for my lunch though! Bar-Lee BBQ out did it again but then I add a tea to my order and combined it with Texas Fresh Lemonade and it’s just perfect for a summer day! Come check them (and us) out at Family Day in De Leon!!!

🎉 No more waiting!!

You don’t have to find me at a market to get sourdough goodies! I stocked The Broken Arrow Farm stand at The Hometown Collective today! Go by and grab something for dinner, there is so much in there!

I absolutely love the vendor life! I’ve found a second family with many of them! Shopping a market, you don’t always think about behind the scenes but so much goes into a market that is never seen! Plus, navigating the Texas weather isn’t always a walk in the park either!!

Through the many markets, I have learned you have to be prepared for it all! The weights, the walls, the rope, the patches, everything!! I carry it all with me to every market….just in case!

Yes we had a chance of rain but having my walls already packed freed up my mind a bit. Then having extra walls helped out a friend. Another friend had something that needed (I will be adding it to my kit) and I was able to make it through the rain pretty well!

The end result….helping each other just made the market so much easier!!! Huge shout out to Udder Chaos Shoppe for sticking through the crazy weather with me and Guided Path Soaps & Sundry for the use of your extra weights and coming back to help me load up after you had gone home!!

Oh, did I mention the hidden skill set with being a vendor? Master at Tetris in a vehicle!

No after market sales this week, I sold out! Thank you Stephenville and The Moola festival but most importantly, thank you to everyone who braved the rain and came out to the event!
