My quilting studio is currently giving “creativity happened here… aggressively.” 😂🧵✂️

But there’s something about resetting the chaos back to pristine that resets my brain, too. Clean tables, folded fabric, tools back where they belong—and suddenly I’m ready to focus, create, and turn my attention back to my customers’ special projects.

Messy studio = ideas were flowing.
Clean studio = time to make them happen. ❤️

If only I could actually lay these quilts out in 45 seconds like these time lapse videos!

Once I have the layout up on the design wall, I leave it for a day or two. I walk by it - tweak it - move things around - fill in gaps… until it is perfect!

Then I sew allll those pieces together!
