From wedding vows to their forever home — this home site is truly special. Built on the same horse farm where they said “I do,” this project feels full-circle in the sweetest way. This will be the second grand home built on the property with views toward the Great Smoky Mountains.

Tennessee natives, the homeowners asked us to create a retreat on the farm overlooking the horse pastures. She’s an Olympic-level horse trainer and coach, and he works in business consulting.

They’re a young, vibrant couple who pour their hearts into their work and their life on this land, always trailed by their spirited wire-haired terrier.

The dark green exterior settles quietly into the landscape, highlighted by natural stone accents. Inside, soaring ceilings and clerestory ribbons pull daylight deep into the home.

We can’t wait to see the finished product. ✨

Must know Revit and be willing to learn. Founder Stephen Bianchi is an Auburn alumni with 10 years of commercial design experience mostly in the hospitality field. Interior Designer Julia Bianchi is a University of Tennessee alumni with 9 years of commercial experience in hospitality, multi-family and corporate.
