Taylor is driving. I’m bidding. The auction is packed with good s**t, the bid chimes haven’t stopped, and every few minutes an unnecessary amount of profanity flies out of the passenger seat. 😅

We’ve got at least 8 hours of drive time between two pickups today and that’s before I start yelling, “WAIT, was that an antique shop?!” 😂

Taking this lot as a sign, I may already be on thin ice. 💸🧊

Well, s**t… that’s officially a wrap on our final day open in the storefront. 🥹❤️

I’m not sure I have the words to fully explain how loved and supported you all made us feel this weekend. To everyone who stopped in, reached out, shared kind words, offered encouragement, or drove HOURS and made time to visit us before we closed these doors…

Thank you. Truly. 🫶🏽

We were completely blown away by the amount of love that walked through the doors this weekend. You turned what could have been an incredibly sad weekend into one giant celebration of everything we’ve created here, and I don’t think we’ll ever forget it. ❤️

Now comes the slightly less sentimental part where we tear this bitch apart, pack up the chaos, and take the show on the road. 😅📦 The storefront may be closing, but Mercantile 1028 isn’t going anywhere and we can’t wait to bring you along for whatever comes next. ✨

Today is officially our final day open in this storefront before the displays come apart and the packing chaos begins.

We’ll be staying open later today, so there’s still time to stop in, say hi, and take home a little piece of this chapter. ✨
