Look at what’s happening in Joan’s kitchen today !! Wanted to make lemon bars for my meeting tonight so had to make lemon curd .. and you know if you make lemon curd you have eggs whites to deal with .. so of course you use them to make meringue cookies !! Both are yummy!!
